Former Congressman Patrick Murphy (pictured here) is running for Attorney General of Pennsylvania. He is a Democrat who lost his Eighth District seat to Republican Mike Fitzpatrick in November after serving two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. The district is mostly in Bucks County, but it includes small pieces of Montgomery County and Northeast Philadelphia. As an Iraq War veteran and former army prosecutor and West Point law instructor, he says he is uniquely qualified for the job. The 37-year-old Murphy lives in Bristol with his wife and two small children. He currently practices law with the Fox-Rothschild Firm in Philadelphia and Warrington.
