Political pundit Terry Madonna doesn’t expect this week’s recall vote in Wisconsin. Governor Scott Walker, who reduced union benefits, staved off a recall effort. But political expert, Dr. Terry Madonna says Governor Tom Corbett has had a much better relationship with public unions. “The Governor when he wads elected did not move against the unions at all. In fact the unions he deals with got a four contract with reasonable raises and some other payments to health care. He locked in, for his first term, union contracts so he doesn’t have any difficulty.” Madonna says that’s allowed Corbett to focus on education funding in his budget and other issues.
