North Penn School District officials are moving ahead with the rennovation of Inglewood Elementary School on Allentown Road in Towamencin. The township supervisors approved the plans Wednesday night. The original building was put up almost 50-years ago and district officials say it is ready for new heating, fire suppression and electrical systems. Security upgrades are also part of the 12-million dollar project. It could also include an expansion of about two-thousand square feet for a couple of additional classrooms.
