Lansdale Police have cited two men for disorderly conduct following a fight at a Lansdale Catholic High School lacrosse game. Police say the fathers of two players on the opposing team, Archbishop Wood in Warminster, got into an argument on Wednesday about which of their children was better suited to play a particular position.
As the argument escalated they stepped away from the playing field and started fighting, with both men suffering minor injuries. They are in their early 50’s, and one is from Jenkintown and one is from Jamison. Police say they are not releasing the names because the men had the good sense to step away from the playing field, out of view of other adults and the students playing the game.
