The North Penn School Board is staying the course. During a reorganization meeting Monday night, its members reelected Board President Vince Sherpinsky and Vice President Tim Kerr. They will both serve in leadership positions for the next year. The vote for Sherpinsky was unanimous. Kerr faced a challenge for the number two spot from Board Member Carolyn Murphy but retained his post by a 7 - 2 vote. Sherpinsky is beginning his 16th year on the school board. Kerr is starting his 12th year of community service.
