Penn State Women To Dance

Penn_StateIt's been six years, but the Lady Lions are returning to the NCAA tournament. Penn State (24-9) received the sixth seed in the Philadelphia bracket and will take on the Flyers of Dayton. Dayton (21-11) is the eleventh seed. It will be a home game for Penn State with action getting underway at the Bryce Jordan Center on Saturday morning. Tip-off is slated for 11:10am. This is the second meeting of the year between Penn State and Dayton. The Lady Lions beat the Flyer's in the season opener in double over-time, 112-107. The all-time series is tied at 1-1.  Dayton earned its first ever NCAA Division 1 appearance last year, advancing to the second round with an 18 point come from behind victory over TCU. The winner takes on the DePaul-Navy winner Monday night at University Park.
