This kind of influence is difficult—if not impossible—to purchase, but it doesn't have to only come by accident." Did you know that radio advertising is "controllable" word-of-mouth? When the public talks about you, you never know if they'll be saying something good or something bad ... it's out of your control! But when your good friends on the radio talk about you ... in the form of helpful, informative commercials ... you control the message! Put that controllable word-of-mouth advertising to work for you!
