North Penn Tackles Bayard Rustin In Playoffs

The North Penn Knights will hit the road in opening round District One Quad A playoff action to take on Bayard Rustin. The Golden Knights (9-1) have the sixth seed in the district while North Penn is the 11th. Bayard Rustin, out of the Chest-Mont league, has won eight in a row after a week two loss to Downingtown East. During the eight game span they have averaged 33 points of offense a game. North Penn (8-2) has rattled off seven straight wins since starting the season 1-2. They feature a defense that has  allowed a total of 50 points during that win streak. It is the first post season meeting between these two team. Because of field complications, a date and time has not yet been decided. CB South is the 13th seed when they travel to PW to take on the Colonials who hold the fourth spot.
