The Director of the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown is stepping down after less than three years on the job. Bill Konstant says he wants to work on finding and funding animal conservation projects around the world.  He is an internationally-known conservationist.  Konstant says he will continue living in Flourtown, and make himself available to the Elmwood Park Zoo as a consultant and fundraiser, for as long as possible.
