There was standing room only Monday night as Hatboro-Horsham teachers hosted a public meeting to present their side of the contract dispute with the school district. Salary increases and health insurance benefit givebacks are the big obstacles in the way of a settlement. The teachers at the meeting said the district is not negotiating in good faith. They also say the frustration stemming from the long negotiating process is poisoning the spirit of the school community. The teachers have been without a contract for more than 16-months. They expect to hear the details of the latest district offer at a meeting on Tuesday.
