Sellersville cardiologist, Doctor Todd Alderfer urges people to get off the couch and leave the sedentary lifestyle in an effort to increase positive health. Alderfer says, a small amount of dedication during the week can go a log way in revitalizing your body.

“For Most people out there, if they can walk five times a week, 30 to 45 minutes on a continuous effort, that is the single most predictor of long term health.”
