Massive power outages caused by an ice storm during the first week of February will be the subject of a public hearing.
Public Utility Commission Spokesperson, Jennifer Kocher says, homeowners are asked to attend the hearing to air their concerns.
“It’s happening 6:30pm on Monday, March 24th at Montgomery County Community College. We’re going to be in their Advanced Technology Center. Some of the things we heard throughout the storm were the difficulties with communication and there were issues with how the utilities talked to people and how they shared things such as estimated restoration times.”
