Incidents at a Lansdale bar have led the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to revoke the license of the Third and Walnut Bar.
The local watering hole had its license stripped in 2011, but appealed the move and was permitted to stay open during the appeals process. The decision to uphold the license revocation was handed down by the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The P.L.B.C. says, assaults, a stabbing and other problems at the bar led to the decision. The owner of the bar intends to appeal the decision again.
