During an interview on
Monday’s A.M. Edition program, Upper Providence Township supervisor Lisa Mossie
said the county commissioners reversed the decades old tradition of accumulating open
space by including 220 acres of it in the Parkhouse deal. Mossie claims the commissioners did that deal to help pay for the failed Logan Square development in
Norristown. That project was once touted as a future movie studio location, but will
end up costing county taxpayers millions.
