Lansdale officials are moving ahead with the group responsible for providing borough council with input on the future use of the old Performing Arts Center. Council President Matt West Wednesday night announced his selections for the remaining seven seats on the 311 West Main Street Task Force. They are North Penn Art Alliance member Amy Rims, Crossroads Community Church member Bob Willi, Lansdale business owner Charles Booz, engineer Doug Pett, entertainment marketing director Richard Kardon, professional actress Dawn Harvey and comedian James "Royale" Collins of Towamencin Township. The four other members of the task force were selected last month. They are Borough Manager Timi Kirchner as well as borough council members Mike Riccio, Mary Fuller and Mike Sobel. The task force will hold its first meeting in Borough Hall on Tuesday evening, November 1st at seven o'clock.
