Demolition of an old factory building has started at the site of a new apartment complex along the Schuylkill Riverfront in Whitemarsh Township. The Courts at Spring Mill Station would have 385 rental units in a transit-oriented development near the Spring Mill Station on SEPTA’s Norristown Regional Rail Line.  Construction should take about two years at a cost of $79 million.
