A small Montgomery County post office has closed.

The Dresher branch in Upper Dublin Township opened 50 years ago and served its last customers Friday, September 21.

The U.S. Postal Service decided to close it because the landlord wanted to raise the rent.  Box holders will have boxes available at the Fort Washington Post Office.
