A house near General Nash Elementary School in Towamencin has neighboring homeowners up in arms.   The township supervisors Wednesday night decided to send the head of their code enforcement department to inspect 111 Dorchester Way after neighbors complained about code violations and unsanitary conditions inside.   The neighbors also expressed concerns for the safety of their children because the house is apparently rented out and the tenants change frequently.
