The Montgomery County Commissioners are trying again to sell their Human Services Building on DeKalb Street in Norristown.
County administrators are preparing an ad specifying what information they want from buyers.
It was Sacred Heart Hospital for many years until it closed in 1994 as a result of financial problems. The county bought it for a little more than $7 million at a bankruptcy sale and spent more than $30 million on renovations.
Prior boards tried to sell it but they never found a buyer.
