A Bucks County woman has admitted stealing nearly 18-thousand dollars from a youth sports organization over a two-year period. 44-year-old Jacqueline O’Hara of Warminster was given five years probation, and she must pay nearly $10,000 in restitution within 120 days or face jail time. She also agreed to never handle money for any nonprofit organization in the future. She was president of the Warminster Pioneers Football and Cheerleading Association. Court documents say the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations found that O’Hara wrote 31 checks to herself between June of 2005 and January of 2007. The documents also say she was in financial trouble, a mortgage company had foreclosed on her home, and she was unemployed for part of the two-year period.
