Graterford Hanging Death
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the apparent suicide of a Graterford Prison inmate.
43-year-old David Mutch was found last Thursday morning in his cell with a sheet around his neck. He was serving seven to 20 years for a Bucks County sex crime.
