A Pennsburg woman was killed Sunday afternoon in a head-on collision on Route 663 north of Commerce Drive in Milford. Pennsylvania State Police say 24-year-old Tara Golden crossed the center line in her Honda Accord and struck a Ford Escape driven by 32-year-old Chandra Bibighaus of Quakertown.  Golden died of injuries suffered in the crash, and Bibighaus was hospitalized for treatment.  Troopers say Golden was not wearing a seatbelt.
