An Upper Gwynedd veterinarian being held on charges of murdering his pregnant girlfriend will get more time to present his case through his attorneys. Judge Robert Steinberg granted the attorneys representing David Rapoport, who is accused of killing his girlfriend, another month for pre-trial motions. Rapoport, 30 years old and married at the time of the killing, was arrested on March 22nd in connection with shooting 27-year-old Jennifer Snyder. Her body was found four days later in a nature preserve near Allentown. Rapoport faces the death penalty if he’s found guilty. Attorneys have been given until September 1st to file motions.
