A Montgomery County judge has found an East Greenville man guilty of raping two young girls. 48-year-old Wayne Klotz was convicted of rape of a child, corruption of minors and other offenses. The non-jury verdict came when he decided not to challenge the evidence against him. Prosecutors say he raped a twelve-year-old girl and a nine-year-old girl over a two-year period ending in august of 2010, and made the twelve-year-old girl pregnant. The crimes occurred at various locations in East Greenville. He was captured in Arizona after fleeing while he was under investigation, and sheriff’s deputies escorted him from the courtroom under heavy guard after the judge handed down the verdict Tuesday. He will be sentenced later, and he could face life in prison.
