A Berks County man is accused of driving drunk and turning in front of a motorcyclist, killing a Lansdale man. It happened during the overnight hours Wednesday, April 4, on Kutztown Road in Upper Hanover Township.  41-year-old Francis Lynch of Hereford is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence in the death of 57-year-old Barry Good.

Witnesses say Lynch turned his Ford F-150 pickup truck abruptly to the left into Good’s path.  Pennsylvania State Police say he failed field sobriety tests and had difficulty standing up.  He was out on bail for a prior DUI at the time, and he had to surrender his driver’s license immediately.
