A Souderton man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl has waived his arraignment and pleaded not guilty. The waiver means he did not have to appear before a judge at this stage of the legal proceedings and the case will be listed for trial in Montgomery County Court.  19-year-old Keith Hunter is charged with indecent assault of someone under 16 and other offenses for an alleged incident last summer while he was the girl’s Indian Valley Boys and Girls Club camp counselor.

Court documents say the girl’s parents found videos on a computer that showed the two teens talking about sex and fondling each other, and her mother gave Franconia Township Police letters the girl wrote to Hunter describing sexual activity that took place last August.
