A Montgomery County teenager was shot and killed Thursday In Philadelphia. Police identify him as 15-year-old Tre Dawkins of Willow Grove.  They say he was shot shortly before noon while walking through an underpass at the old North Philadelphia Train Station.  Amtrak no longer uses it, but some SEPTA trains still stop there.  The killer is still loose.
