A Bucks County man has admitted sexually assaulting two different underage girls in separate incidents.

21-year-old Han Gabrie of Revere Way in Perkasie pleaded guilty to indecent assault and other offenses.

Court documents say the first incident occurred in May of 2010 when he was 19 and the victim was 14.  Police said the girl’s father had a party at his Perkasie home and, at some point after midnight, the girl woke up to find Gabrie’s hand inside her pants.

The second incident occurred more than a year later at a home on Three Mile Run Road in East Rockhill.  Gabrie was 20 by that time and the victim was 14.  The girl told police he made advances before she fell to sleep, but she said “no” and pushed him away.  She woke up later to find her pants down and Gabrie pulling her on top of him.

He told police he was drunk at the time of both incidents.  He faces sentencing in about 90 days, and he will be a registered sex offender under Megan’s Law for at least ten years after he gets out of prison.
