The former Chalfont police officer accused of lying about being shot on duty has been given a 10 PM curfew.   Jon Cousin must also continue mental health treatment and attend alcoholics anonymous meetings while out on bail awaiting trial.   He allegedly reported being shot in the chest and saved by his bulletproof vest last August but a subsequent investigation called his story into question.
