A Bucks County man is charged with vehicular homicide and other offenses in the death of a motorcyclist.

Court documents say 85-year-old Harold Horowitz of Warminster was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Street Road in Warminster on October 1 when he made a right turn onto Saint David’s Avenue and 27-year-old motorcyclist Eric Hammer of Huntingdon Valley slammed into the side of his Toyota.

Police said Horowitz appeared to be confused at the time, and he said he believed he had just left the nearby Ben Wilson Senior Center.
