Bomb Builder Must Pay Restitution
That’s the cost of police overtime resulting from his arrest, which included evacuating his neighborhood.
50-year-old John Grzyminski of Warrington pleaded guilty in September to illegal possession of an unregistered explosive device and was sentenced earlier this month to 30 months in federal prison followed by three years on probation.
He lived with his mother in the Palomino Farms development off Easton Road in Warrington, where police evacuated parts of several streets last May after she called to report finding a bomb in her kitchen. Bomb squad technicians found two more in an upstairs bedroom.
A federal agent said he was not considered a terrorist and he looked at his bombs as fireworks, which he used for his own amusement.
