A Lansdale man accused of possessing and distributing child pornography has moved closer to trial in Montgomery County Court.

38-year-old Timothy Sell waived his preliminary hearing Thursday, and more than 200 felony counts were held over for trial.  

Police who raided his East Main Street apartment in mid December say he had numerous images on his computer, including a 34-minute sexually explicit video involving a girl between the ages of seven and ten.  

He is out on bail on the conditions that he must have no contact with minors and must not use electronic communication devices.
