Man Gets Jail, Therapy, Community Service For Exposing Himself
41-year-old Gerald Boyce Junior of Wissahickon Avenue pleaded guilty in December to indecent exposure.
A judge gave him 30 days to 23 months in Montgomery County Prison followed by four years on probation. He must also continue psychological therapy and do 100 hours of community service.
Court documents say he exposed himself to four 15-year-old girls in January of last year on East Main Street, and two adult women in January and February, in separate incidents at the Lansdale Train Station.
A plainclothes police officer arrested him in May when he stepped out of his pickup truck and exposed himself again as a train pulled into the station.
