Towamencin Sisters Face Drug Charges
Police started investigating 34-year-old Darrina Slocum and her 32-year-old sister ebony two years ago when they were suspected of selling out of their West Main Street apartment in Lansdale, but they moved the day before police were planning to execute a search warrant.
They surfaced months later in Norristown, but moved again, and they were arrested this month while living on Berwick Place in Towamencin Township.
Darrina Slocum was arrested Saturday, January 19, when Lansdale and Towamencin Police executed a search warrant and found Oxycodone pills prescribed to her five days earlier, but 59 were missing from a bottle of 80.
Ebony turned herself in to Lansdale Police on Tuesday, January 29. Both are charged with possession with intent to deliver and other offenses.
