The Montgomery County Law Library is again a target of theft. Bruce Piscadlo, the former head of the law library faces a list of charges, including several theft charges and conspiracy. According to reports, Piscadlo hastily retired in late December. He was released after posting 20-thousand dollars bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 30th. In June, the law library’s bookkeeper was arrested on charges of using the library’s Amazon account to buy more than 25-hundred dollars of college text books.
