A 80-year-old Plymouth Meeting man faces a court hearing after being accused of trying to buy a gun, despite his conviction on child porn charges in 2007. State Police say Julius Cuthbertson attempted to purchase a gun in October of last year at a Skippack gun shop. According to court records, Cuthbertson did not reveal he had an arrest record. Anyone convicted of a felony in Pennsylvania is prohibited from owning or possessing a gun. Cutherbson will be in court Tuesday for preliminary hearing.
