Telford Man Threatens Officers During Domestic Dispute

A Telford Police Officer was forced to call for back-up during a domestic dispute between a man and his girlfriend in Telford. Police were called to the Telford Garden Apartments Sunday at around 10PM, where a woman told an officer, her boyfriend, Dewayne Johnson, pushed her out of his care and then starting choking her. The officer tried to arrest Johnson, but police say, he fought with the officer, before another Telford officer could take part in the arrest and handcuff Johnson. Police say, Johnson threatened to kill both officers. He faces an October 22nd hearing on a list of charges, including terroristic threatening, simple assault, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson is in the Montgomery County Prison after failing to post
10-thousand dollars bail.
