Lansdale Police say, 22 year old Ja’kwan Gardner carried out an armed robbery on May 7th of last year at the Lansdale Pawn Shop.
Police say, Gardner used a duffle bag to bring the gun inside the store where he displayed it to the owner, before demanding money and property. Gardner’s run from law ended on Wednesday when the F.B.I and Philadelphia Police discovered that he was hiding at a Philadelphia location. Gardner will be in court for a preliminary hearing on March 20th. Gardner made off with 600 dollars in cash and about 28,000 in jewelry during the armed robbery. Gardner is being held at the Montgomery County Prison after failing to post bail.
