Man Faces Arraignment After Being Accused of Kissing Boy

A man accused of kissing a 9 year old boy waived his preliminary hearing Thursday. 62-year-old, John Stone will face trial in connection with the incident that happened on November 20th.

The Towamencin Township man allegedly kissed the boy in his bedroom on November 20th. According to court records, the boy and his mother had become friendly with Stone. Townamencin Township Police received a report from the boy’s mother the next day about the incident and that stone was drunk when he made the advance. Police arrested Stone on February 26th. He faces a formal arraignment on April 23rd.
