A Lansdale attorney, who plead guilty in court Monday to selling drugs to an undercover officer, says he accepts responsibility for his actions on the morning of November 23rd of last year.
The Montgomery County D.A.’s office says, 51-year-old Gregory Noonan sold 179 Oxycodone pills to an undercover office for 2,000 dollars. The transaction was recorded. The court will conduct a pre-sentencing investigation report, which could take three months. Noonan will remain behind bars during that time pre-sentencing investigation. Oxycodone, a powerful pain killer, has become the narcotic of choice for many as a recreational drug, but it quickly becomes extremely addictive. Noonan could face a 47 year prison term.
