Police and bomb sniffing dogs roamed the halls of Souderton Area High School Monday morning after a bomb threat was discovered. The evidence of the threat was written on a wall inside a bathroom.
A security guard saw the words on the wall that said a bomb was somewhere inside the school. After a search with bomb sniffing dogs from Bucks and Montgomery counties, it was determined that there was not a bomb or chemical device in the school. The school was evacuated at 10am Monday. Police deemed the school safe at 2pm. Police and school officials are still investigating the incident in an effort to determine who wrote the threatening message on the bathroom wall.
