A North Penn High School senior faces a list of charges after being accused of selling Marijuana and Adderall to fellow students and others in the North Penn Area.
A coordinated effort carried out by Towamencin Township Police, confidential informants and the Montgomery County Drug Task Force led to the door of 18-year-old, Frederick Vanderburg, known as Jake. Vanderburg came to the attention of police in April, after residents complained that he was allegedly selling drugs out of his care and his home on the 100 block of Providence Court. Police used confidential informants to gain more evidence and in early May served a search warrant at his home. Police say, they discovered a safe containing more than 100 Adderall pills and 49-hundred dollars in suspected drug proceeds. Vanderburg, 18, faces several charges including possession with intent to deliver. He waived his preliminary hearing on June 12th. He faces formal arraignment on July 30TH.
