Montgomery County prosecutors are asking for a sentence of 5 to 10 years for 36-year-old Joseph Franzone Jr. Franzone was arrested for stealing wedding cards and other gifts at four weddings between June and July of last year, totaling around 15,000.
A single mother says medical bills brought on by a heart attack led her to steal money from her employer, a Telford roofing and renovation business on South 3rd street. 48-year-old, Kelly Lynn Chewning admitted to taking 42-thousand dollars in checks from the business, where she was employed as a bookkeeper.
