Law Enforcement Officers Recognized in Towamencin

Two Towamencin police officers are in the spotlight.   Sergeant Dan Jusko and Officer Steve Miller have been commended by township officials for saving the life of a 51-year-old man that went into cardiac arrest while at the Calvary Baptist Church on Valley Forge Road.   It happened last April.   The two lawmen were called out after the victim collapsed onto the floor of the church gym.   He was unresponsive when the two police officers arrived and they used an an automated external defibrillator and a portable respiration system to resuscitate him.   The victim recovered fully and was at the ceremony that honored Sergeant Jusko and Officer Miller.
