Warrington Township is laying off two department heads in a cost-cutting move. They are Planning and Zoning Director Mike Mrozinski and Parks and Recreation Director Carolyn Hanel.  A new Code, Inspections and Emergency Services Department, headed by former Fire, Inspections and Emergency Services Director Rick Lesniak, will absorb the Planning and Zoning Department.  Parks and Recreation becomes part of the Public Works Department.
