Illg Tract Zoning Decision Delayed
The proposed site is a 74-acre tract that includes Illg’s Meat Market.
The developer wants to build 95 single-family homes and an undetermined number of attached units that could run into the hundreds.
Neighbors have voiced concerns about traffic, stormwater runoff and the loss of farmland, but the developer’s lawyer says it would be good for the Central Bucks School District because age-restricted housing would bring in tax revenue without putting more kids in the schools.
