The Montgomery Township Supervisors have set a hearing next month on plans for 19 new homes at Limekiln Pike and Lower State Road.

The eleven-acre site is currently home to a tree farm and nursery.

Developer John Pileggi Junior wants to build the homes on 20,000-square-foot lots surrounding a central recreation area.

The hearing is scheduled for February 25.
