Candidates Find Flaws to Use Against Wolf in Gov. Race

The Pa. Governor’s race is heating up after a Tom Wolf campaign consultant plagiarized information from a Wisconsin energy report.

The Allyson Schwartz campaign calls it a lack of leadership on Wolf’s part. Chris Borick is a political science professor at Muhlenberg College in Allentown.

“What I think the Schwartz campaign is doing is trying to paint a picture of Tom Wolf from a character perspective of an individual that might be not so much calling his own shots, but somebody that’s indebted to the work of others.”

Rob McCord’s campaign continues to criticize Wolf for his stance on the natural gas tax. Polls show that Wolf still holds a double digit lead in the Democratic race for governor.
