The Montgomery County Commissioners have approved an upgrade of the voter services web site.
PCC Technology will be paid about 75-thousand dollars to provide real time election results and other improvements. Commissioner Leslie Richards chairs the County Board of Elections:
“They’ll be able to compare to past elections. They’ll be able to see how certain municipalities did two years ago or four years ago and which candidates did well.”
Richards also says the upgrades will be checked carefully before they go live for the general election in November.
