Negotiators for the North Penn School Board and teachers’ union return to the bargaining table Tuesday evening. They spent their last three sessions going over numbers that they hope will give them a starting point both sides can agree on, and now they need to agree on salaries.  In addition to annual raises, the teachers get step increases and other increases for advancing their education.
